oh yes in the time war magazines we see many thinks like how make new with old ,but in the other side it was a great period for hat , all the fantasy come in the hat , no problem we can do hat with any things ,and it's was more easy to change hat than dress or coat (restriction on fabrics)so the time see incredible and fantasy hats (sorry for bad english)
